This was a really, really good read. Way too short but I suppose we were lucky to get anything at all as when she started it she only meant to write a few paragraphs. Bree is a way more interesting character than Bella, she had a bit of fight in her which I loved!
The way it linked in with Eclipse was great, it was really nice to read even a tiny bit about our fave characters from the Twilight Saga. Mine is Jasper, always hope she might write a book about the beginning of his life as a vampire!
The only flaw was I thought because it was a short book she didn’t have time to develop the romance between Bree and Diego. I mean they had only known each other a day and she became obsessed with him pretty quickly.
Contrary to what Meyer says in her note at the start of the book, I think the ending was great, I mean we all knew what was coming but finally a loved character is killed off. It adds a little extra to the book, everything doesn’t have a happy ending. This only makes the happy endings that do happen all the more appreciated.
