The Gift by Cecelia Ahern

25 Jan

Cecelia Ahern has an amazing style of writing that I really, really enjoy. The stories she comes up with are just so original I am shocked every time I pick up one of her books.

The Gift doesn’t disappoint in the originality stakes anyway. The story centers around a business man in Dublin and his busy life where he can never find time for the important things in life. The book keeps up the pace throughout and I never found myself bored at any stage.

The ending was a surprise and as with nearly every one of Cecelia’s books I found myself shedding a tear or two!
